As the Project is a foreign aid project, which is used for national conference system, in addition to the high-tech content and stylish appearance of the system design, the safety and stability of the system is particularly important.
The office building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located in the center of the city of Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia. It is the functional department of the state in charge of foreign affairs. The building covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 100,000 square meters. The exterior is majestic and the interior decoration is simple and fashionable, full of Byzantine exotic style. The Project consists of two conference halls of the same size, mainly meeting the needs of large and medium-sized conferences, diplomatic activities, etc. It is an intelligent conference room that integrates conference discussion speech, multimedia projection, sound reinforcement, intelligent centralized control and network information service. Considering the international exchange activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two conference rooms are equipped with simultaneous interpretation in eight languages, which makes communication and technical exchange unrestricted and achieves multilingual accessibility.
